They wanted a simple, yet memorable design that would reflect CRT's mission to guide students into the career world. Among the proposed ideas, they chose the logo above, where the initials seamlessly blend with elements like a university cap, a rising arrow, and a tie, symbolizing growth, professionalism, and opportunity.
